FROM GRAPE TO AWARD-WINNING TOP WINE
The top wine from Azienda Villa Santo Stefano is composed in the tradition of the great French cuvées: grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (40%) and Petit Verdot (10%) varieties. A computer-aided high-tech fermentation system was installed in 2014.
